With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to
Lead change and support transition projects by collaborating with cross-functional project teams and partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Develop, implement, and ensure adoption of the Change Experience framework, methodology, tools & techniques applicable to projects and operations
Support the project team and stakeholders in the BES expansion of services and global footprint
Ensure BES and Bacardi culture are embedded in projects and operational changes
Work with multiple Stakeholders, Team members and Projects simultaneously to ensure the right level of change management is applied
Become a driving force of cultural transformation to embed continuous improvement and operational effectiveness principles in everything we do
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Proven experience developing and coordinating successful communication & change experience strategies
Project Management experience managing large transition / transformation projects
Experience is Shared Service Centers is a must
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and multiple projects at the same time
Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English language
Fast learner, ability to understand and solve complex matters with agility
Intercultural understanding and experience in change management and communication
