Job Description

Maintains the database and provides training materials for all production associates. Maintains training records in accordance with the Quality System as established by the Company.

  • Ability to provide training materials and accurately maintain training records
  • Assists in maintaining document files to current requirements as defined by the Quality System
  • Assists in the development of documentation as directed
  • Assists and leads with administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information as needed
  • Works with engineers and supervisors to develop training plans
  • Assists with purchasing department supplies
  • Works independently with little direction
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Must possess good communication skills and have the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow company procedures as written
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Excel required
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative position
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Previous experience working in the medical device industry a plus
  • Knowledge of medical device document control requirements and practices a plus
