We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to search and find the best strategic talent in the U.S. for multiple corporate business units at Intel.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not be limited to :
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and determine sourcing channels effectiveness
Partner with client facing recruiters to develop candidate's success profiles
Proactive sourcing of high quality professionals for key roles by utilizing multiple sourcing strategies and channels like online databases, job boards, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking
Responsible for building qualified and available candidate slates for existing business needs or requisitions
Market and sell Intel's message in a compelling way to top talent.
Provide with great candidates experiences to our candidates, one that is personal and develops a relationship with top talent
Build consulting relationships : has the ability to reach out, interact and advise passive candidates
Develop industry and professional connections to pulse and sense recruiting opportunity windows created by talent movements in the market
Collaborate with Lead Generation partners to build an always on pipeline strategy focused on our main job families
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits :

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field OR 5+ years of experience in lieu of the degree
Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written
3+ years of sourcing / recruiting experience with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team supporting hiring and sourcing processes at multinational companies based in USA
2+ years of proven ability to source and generate qualified candidates using different sourcing tools and channels, i.
e. LinkedIn, Smashfly, Hiretual, Google Alerts, Talent Neuron, Github, Stackoverflow, Google Patents, Google Scholar, etc
Proficiency in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Research and sourcing skills with ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
Develop sourcing strategies utilizing Talent Market Intelligence (supply / demand, competition, trends) to drive diversity initiatives
Experience sourcing for senior individual contributors, management and director roles
Proficient in the use of Workday or other enterprise level applicant tracking system (ATS)
Knowledge of MS Teams
