Business Summary :

The Global Process Owner is a role in the Global HR Services organization reporting to the Manager, HR Services and aligned closely to the HR Services Global People Development Operations team.

A key component of this role is to analyze the performance of the assigned HR Services area. Together with the Functional Leader, you will identify areas of opportunity / improvement as well as ensure the services are efficient, effective, compliant, and scalable.

You will work closely with other HR Services teams, HR Technology, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing, measuring, and optimizing the end-to-end service delivery of the assigned HR service.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure our HR services are efficient, effective, and scalable, taking local nuances into consideration
  • Monitor service performance, customer experience, and overall health to identify focus areas to share with HR Services Leadership
  • Partner with global cross functional teams to identify process and / or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement / automation that improves the employee experience
  • Prioritize work and manage roadmap ensuring we can adequately support the changes we propose
  • Select and execute projects / process improvements that enable Global HR Services strategy and assist HR Services to move up the value chain
  • Obtain consensus for chosen solutions amongst stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor key metrics to be communicated across the HR Services organization, Leadership, and applicable HR stakeholders that provide insights into the general health and effectiveness of the specific service
  • Implement and drive governance strategy of services including but not limited to documentation governance, stakeholder mgmt.
  • communication plans, service reviews, and change management

  • Ensure that all documentation, communications, self-service information, etc. are current and relevant to the target audience and captured in our global knowledge base.
  • Provide bi-annual business reviews highlighting business insights, operational efficiencies, cost of services, and return on investments to HR leadership
  • Drive a services and global mindset
  • Manage vendor partnerships
  • Support other HR Services projects as need arises
  • Required Skills and experience :

  • Certification and experience in one of the following : Six Sigma, Lean Methodology, Business Process Re-Engineering, Agile Methodology, or Process Optimization
  • 4-5 years of related experience
  • Proven project management skills, experience leading / managing large scale projects
  • Ability to think strategically considering the broader business implications, enterprise dependencies, with an awareness of the up / downstream requirements and / or impacts
  • Agent of change : Drive change and be an advocate of change
  • Agile mindset
  • Strong attention to detail; achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
  • Ability to see the big picture and use this to select projects / process improvements to optimize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change, and adept at managing multiple workstreams / projects
  • Must be a results-oriented change agent with the ability to successfully interface and collaborate with various levels and areas of the organization
  • Demonstrated track record of solving complex business problems with scalable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and other program management tools
  • Proven team collaboration skills
  • Work in an environment with indirect supervision and remote management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
  • Preferred Skills and experience :

  • Knowledge of learning and development operations and learning management systems
  • Experience working in an HR organization, familiar with various HR services
  • Track record of working well in a matrixed and collaborative environment
