We’ll be looking you to be responsible for ensuringthe proper due diligence reviews are
made by performing high complex duties with high level of technical / businessknowledge in the areas of customer interviews, analysis of documentation andcases related to Western Union Compliance programs.
You will work with moneytransfers that require further investigation over the phone / e-mail and anyother off-line applications in support of Consumers globally.
You will Effectivelyperform inbound and outbound phone interviews (60% of working time) and offlinetasks (40% of working time.)
You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to ensure an excellent customerservice experience.
