We’ll be looking you to be responsible for ensuringthe proper due diligence reviews are

made by performing high complex duties with high level of technical / businessknowledge in the areas of customer interviews, analysis of documentation andcases related to Western Union Compliance programs.

You will work with moneytransfers that require further investigation over the phone / e-mail and anyother off-line applications in support of Consumers globally.

You will Effectivelyperform inbound and outbound phone interviews (60% of working time) and offlinetasks (40% of working time.)

You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to ensure an excellent customerservice experience.

Hereare some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have :

  • Outstanding oral,written, and listening skills to communicate effectively in Spanish and English(B2 71%)
  • Schedule availability(shift allotment : 7 days a week, 06 : 00 - 22 : 00)
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-makingability.
  • Customer service skills.
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient computing skills with all commonOffice programs (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in financial services andcompliance is a plus
