We’re looking for an experienced, curious and passionate Sales Team Leader to help optimize and manage the operation. You will need to be quick thinking, creative and have a strategic mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team.

Required skills and experience

  • University graduate in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of work experience with at least some experience in operations - startup or tech experience is a big plus.
  • Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • The ability to create and drive strategy but also roll up your sleeves and be proactive.
  • Enjoys creating significant relationships with clients, potential clients and expand their network.
  • Experience in similar companies or startups
  • Capable of motivating, insipiring, and creating a positive working environment
  • Responsabilities and Challenges

  • Develop business relationships with any type of shops in your city.
  • Develop business proposals in collaboration with Mkt, Legal and Finance.
  • Become our communication channel with our partners.
  • Observe sales behaviour to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a strong sales strategy based on Rappi's business plan.
  • Consistently manage relationships with partners to open new doors for new opportunities.
