As a Talent & Development (T&D) Specialist for a given area of Latin America, you’ll advise, guide, and deploy to the respective area and region the Talent & Development programs, connecting local / regional needs, to the global agenda and offerings.

Our T&D Programs include several topics of the People Function Cycle, Learning & Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and other similar programs, that together support our mission of delivering a great employee experience.

This role will be part of the People Partnering Organization for the Americas in which we will shape the future of HR and collaborate with our employees while driving our business results and culture.

What you impact will be

  • You’ll be accountable for :

  • Deploys T&D programs and tools.
  • Delivers communication material to respective audiences.
  • Hosts training to the HR community (People Partners, People Advisors and HRBPs) on the products being launched.
  • Hosts and provides training to leaders and employees.
  • Provides insights, highlights risk, presents opportunities to the T&D function and other community stakeholders within scope.
  • Applies a strategic approach towards training and communication within the tools and product scope.
  • Resolves cases raised by stakeholders and employees about T&D topics
  • Generates and distributes on learning activity including uptake, completion and outstanding obligatory training. Drives the closure of outstanding Learning courses.
  • Coordinates and administers learning events and talent programs on a regional basis
  • Collects and consolidates feedback and creates overall analytics of activities to provide a quarterly performance dashboard.
  • Maintains and distributes a complex Talent & Development calendar of learning and COE activities for the Region.
  • Supports learning events with logistics and materials both onsite and virtual
  • Assists in training delivery and content insights.
  • What we are looking for :

    As for the skill set and experience, we are looking for :

  • Vast and contemporary experience within Learning & Development, Talent & Succession, Learning systems, Performance Management, Engagement, Employee Surveys, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or any other related areas.
  • Desire to add value to the business in a specialist role, providing knowledge and expertise.
  • Organized, detail oriented, autonomous, and collaborative, able to handle multiple priorities
  • Results oriented who works well with deadlines
  • Passion, curiosity and application around talent and development
  • Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Facilitation skills
  • Solution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skills
  • Active listening with a customer experience mindset
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese would be beneficial
