Position PurposeConsidered an experienced professional in the financial services operations space with comprehensive and thorough knowledge to use under some oversight in conducting moderately complex activities.

Responsible for coordinating and executing operational activities for a BU or Function. This includes : operational processes & procedures / compliance, customer / client interaction & business partnership, financial products and services and systems & data management.

Principal Accountabilities 35% CI Provide process improvements and standardization when applicable to processes managed by the team.

Applies a comprehensive understanding of operational practices, procedures and internal controls to identify areas of improvement across a BU or function20% Decision Making and Problem SolvingSupport decision made by supervisors and organization to the team.

Provide any feedback from the team perspective to Supervisor, serve as a advisor of the issues and provide alternative solution ideas.

20% Operation & Processes Generate reports to monitor team performance and metrics to ensure business needs and proactive propose process changes.

Ensure documentation is accurate based on each process. Ensure process continuity. Under some or general supervision reviews, prepares, negotiates and executes moderately complex documentation for financial transactions15% Leadership : In charge to provide guidance to a group or team with the purpose of achieving goals and metrics.

Influence positively towards changeControl and Followup Serve as a mid-point of escalation to ensure process quality and execution.

5% Training, Policies and procedures : Facilitates discrete or specialized operations training sessions for colleagues

Required Qualifications

  • 2 year associate degree or equivalent finance business center experience
  • Proven Continuos Improvement record
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and decision making
  • Highly skilled on technical and reporting tasks, targeting to provide valuable input to upper management
  • Capable of working independently with multiple projects and groups at the same time with minimum supervision
  • General knowledge of the accounting cycle and deep understanding of the financial functions.
  • Capacity of work under pressure with tight deadlines, clever to positively manage ambiguity
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English B2+
  • Accounts Receivable experiencePreferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) background
  • Proven experience handling moderate migrations / small projects
