  • The HRIS Analyst works closely with internal Human Resources, HR Support Solutions, Human Resources IT staff, business leaders and HR system vendors to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization.

    Partners with global and local counterparts to represent business needs within the larger global Human Resources Support Solutions organization on behalf of the region (Americas, APAC or EMEA).

    Responsibilities include support and maintenance of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, in addition to other interfaced systems used within the HR Support Solutions organization.

    The position serves as a technical / functional point-of-contact for HR users and related business groups. Works with other HRIS Analysts, Sr.

    HRIS Analysts and HR teams on the development of new enhanced functionality requests, which includes reviewing enhancements and functionality provided by HCM and other HRIS systems.

    May require development of training materials / content including coordination and execution.

    Will perform varied and complex tasks associated with the support of Roche’s Human Capital Management system, as well as support and provide system administration on other HR related systems, i.

    e. case management system. Will serve as subject matter expert and will provide support to the HRIS function with a focus on business processes and application support activities including release management, application optimization, system role assignments / access, and incident & problem resolution, gathering requirements and specifications from users, creating specification documents, work with HR and IT teams to configure enhancements in system, and serves as linkage to IT for technical enhancements and investigations.

  • Service Delivery Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery for customers serviced.Implement processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement as well as service enhancement.
  • Ensure end to end ownership of resolutionEnsure operations according to defined KPIs and SLAs.Ensure regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers, and regulations.

  • We are seeking an individual with : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field 2+ years’ experience as HRIS Analyst, HR Business Analyst, or similar rolePrior HRIS system support experienceExperience in gathering and documenting end-user requirementsExperience in developing and executing end-user trainingExperience in creating use case’ test cases and organizing and executing system testingFluent in English required, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.
  • e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
