Description & Requirements

PROPOSITO GENERAL

El propósito de la posición de analista de customer service será velar por la relación e imagen de la compañía frente a nuestros clientes.

Se dedicará a la implementación de rutinas de control relacionadas a todas aquellas interacciones entre nosotros y el cliente- velará por el cumplimiento de varios indicadores clave (CFR- RDD- OTIF- SCL- Porcentaje de devoluciones- entre otros).

Dará seguimiento a planes de acción generados y enfocados en recuperar la satisfacción del cliente.

Asegurará la correcta asignación de los inventarios- dará visibilidad de oportunidades mejoras (correspondiente al servicio)- y será el encargado del manejo del Centro de inteligencia de logística .

Brindará visibilidad de la cartera de pedidos- por último y más importante- Será el primer canal de comunicación para el cliente.

NIVEL EDUCATIVO :

  • Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • CONOCIMIENTOS Y DESTREZAS ESPECÍFICAS :

  • Amplio conocimiento en manejo y control de sistemas de inventarios
  • Conocimiento en plataformas de agendamiento de citas.
  • Manejo de hojas electrónicas a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de presentadores
  • Manejo sistema SAP.
  • Conocimiento a nivel intermedio de inglés.
