The Accounting Analyst plays a key regional role in achieving theoverall business objectives by providing timely, meaningful and accurateanalysis of regional balance sheet accounts and positive liaison withaccounting leads across the region.
The Accounting Analyst mainly interactswith countries’ accounting leads and analysts and other departments such as accountspayable, accounts receivables, treasury, order management etc and isresponsible with their help, for fostering a teamwork approach to the manychallenges facing our business.
As with all positions in the company, apositive and proactive approach is essential to success.
Preparation of banks, intercompany, fixedassets, accruals and other balance sheet account reconciliations & controlssurrounding designated areas
Manual journal entries, follow up andanalysis.
Participation in month end close.
Providing alternative ideas and actions toimprove the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department,identification of weaknesses of control and compliance.
Identifies areas of improvement and drivesstandardization.
Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis asdirected by the Accounting Head on site.
Graduate or Studying Accounting
Good written and oral English
Proficient in Excel
Oracle knowledge Preferred
3 to 4 years’ experience in Accounting / Record-to-Report / Big 4.
Demonstratedtrack record of high achievement in professional and / or academic setting.
Goodinterpersonal and organizational skills.
Relateswell to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.
Beopen and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.
Showstrong proficiency in solving problems analytically.
Showstrong attention to detail and accuracy.
Patience,perseverance and able to spend extra time at closing week.
