As a DEMAND PLANNER, you will ensure that you receive adequate information from customers, sales, marketing and other sources to build appropriate demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop demand for the 7 countries of Central America for the businesses of architectural, PMC, and refinish.
  • Develops rough-cut capacity plans to highlight demand versus capacity and to support in stock manufacturing and / or make to order environments.
  • Ensure inventory level optimization to improve customer happiness and minimize cost.
  • Incorporates demand information and sales forecasts, capacity constraints and inventory requirements into a complete sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.

  • Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • S&OP knowledge
  • Communication skills
  • Partnership (marketing, commercial, financial planning, procurement)
  • Organized, methodical person
  • Forecast pro, sophisticated excel and data
