The opportunity

Reporting directly to the VP, WW Growth Sales, this leader will be responsible for top of funnel / acquisition across the newly acquired Digital Media business Frame i.

o. The Senior Director of Frame GTM & Sales will partner across the Digital Media leadership team to accelerate current channels for Frame and to build out new GTM strategies that are borne from the Adobe account relationships WW.

This is a key sales leadership role that will be responsible for inspiring, motivating, managing and coaching a successful team of GTM, product sales executives and account management teams across Retail, SMB and Enterprise.

Frame is going to exit FY22 at $100M and success in FY23 and beyond will come from clarity of Sales & GTM leadership and finding the right hooks into the Adobe infrastructure to drive accelerated outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Drive, own and deliver the sales goals for Frame i.o
  • In partnership build out new GTM for Frame to s cale our product offerings with an emphasis on accelerated revenue growth, and speed of execution.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the Digital Media organization exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
  • Propel sales and customer success leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value.
  • Be a hands-on leader who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market insight, customer understanding, problem solving, and top-notch deal making skills.
  • Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales team
  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and have a passion for building something new.
  • Ability to make business decisions based on data and metrics, and to build out cadence, process and sales discipline that will allow us to hit ambitious goals and continue our Frame growth 2 x YoY
  • Have an inspiring and hands on leadership style, who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market insight, customer understanding, problem solving, and top-notch deal making skills.
  • 15 plus years’ experience in building systems of growth in startup software companies and ramping them up combined with the EQ that will allow you to be successful in a corporate SaaS company
  • Proven track record of leading year over year high growth focused primarily on new business growth across SMB, Enterprise & Mid-Market.
  • Experience in Value Selling and Creativity to make the deal.
