We are seeking for our Authentication Technology team an experienced senior level Lead Product Manager responsible for defining and executing on our long-term AI strategy for our physical warehouses that authenticate collectibles and luxury goods.
This Lead Product Manager will look for opportunities to introduce AI into the physical authentication process to improve accuracy and consistency as well as partner with other teams inside ebay to bring new capabilities to our customers leveraging AI alongside our warehouses processes and expertise.
The Lead Product Manager will work closely with all partners across the business within a fast moving, goal-oriented culture : business partners, customers, peer product managers, researchers, development teams, designers and other functions, to meet product goals and improve the customer and warehouse associate experience.
Position Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain and execute against a Media (Images, Video, 3D) Product Roadmap
Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including capturing and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision and ensure delivery of high quality features on time to achieve defined customer satisfaction goals
Evaluate hardware vendors such as photography automation and work with operations to integrate with physical processes
Partner closely with analytics and warehouse teams to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring, and iteration post launch
Understand the dynamics and drivers of critical metrics and provide business recommendations accordingly
Communicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teams
Evaluate and partner with 3rd party technology providers to augment or supplement your team or capabilities

Technical savvy to be a strong collaborator with developers, understanding their technical capabilities and constraints

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
7+ years in product management with at least 3 years in Agile environment
3+ years of direct experience building and launching AI products based in images or physical objects
Experience with data capture on physical items for model creation
Experience building / iterating on a SaaS platform a plus
Direct people management experience a plus
Track record of delivering best-in-class experience, either internal tools or external consumer facing.
Comfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones
Analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions including roadmap prioritization.
Strong communication skills and collaborative in nature
