The Opportunity

Do you want to help Adobe enable Creativity for All? The Spark team is an ambitious Product-Led Growth effort that functions as a startup within Adobe to build best-in-class, next generation experiences on web and in mobile apps.

This role will lead a team responsible for deeply understanding the customer experience and then acting on opportunities to improve in-app monetization on mobile and web through rapid, iterative testing.

In this role, you will develop a vision and strategy for in-product monetization in Spark, gain alignment and support from executives and partners, and then work across teams to bring it to life.

You will manage a team that delivers significant improvements to the user experience and drives business results by removing friction for customers and creating experiences that delight them.

And you will partner across functions to solve problems strategically and implement with precision.

What you'll do

Manage a team of product managers responsible for execution of a large-scale product across multiple surfaces, demonstrating measurable results in the percentage of users that begin a trial and convert to a paid subscriber.

Lead and mentor a product management team to achieve their full potential.

Influence senior leaders, executives, and critical team members in a matrixed environment to gain support and alignment for a product vision.

Communicate effectively at the executive level and with partner teams.

Demonstrate fluency across multiple growth functions; diagnose the health of a product monetization funnel, gain practical insights, and deliver value to customers on an ongoing basis.

Define, translate, and socialize near and long-term roadmaps. Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail in execution.

Lead share-outs of metrics reports on the state of monetization that quantify impacts, identify trends, and shape key initiatives.

What you need to succeed

At least 8-10 years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on driving user monetization in-product via testing and customer experience optimization.

Experience managing and developing product managers to be successful in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams from a variety of disciplines; communicating a vision that inspires and guides them.

Proven track record of using innovative technologies to drive growth and personalization at scale : using APIs, machine-learning models, cross-platform experiences, and behavioral data to evolve digital products.

Experience scaling operations to ensure adherence to a thorough experimentation methodology with efficient, sustainable execution.

MBA preferred.
