Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an established and professional call center located in Heredia, Costa Rica, is seeking career minded collection individuals to join our team.
We are seeking candidates with proven collection experience. As a CSI Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and motivating customers to resolve outstanding debts.
Other responsibilities include educating customers on available options, discussing sensitive financial situations and systematically processing customer requests.

Training schedule is Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. The paid training is for two weeks. After training the schedule will be either 3 days of 8AM-5PM and 2 days of 10AM-7PM.
In addition to your prior collection experience, your professionalism and outstanding customer service skills will be keys to success in our fast-paced collection environment.
The right candidate should also have computer skills, strong communication skills in order to negotiate effectively (Excellent / Fluent English level - 90% or above - speaking , writing and comprehension skills), attention to detail, type 40 WPM, High School Diploma and a clean delinquency record.
Candidates with INA training / graduation are a plus.
