We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to own and lead global network infrastructure operations for P&G. Accountable for driving operational excellence to identify IT operational deficiencies and create solutions to automate repeatable processes / tasks to achieve consistent operational outcomes with high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing standard operational processes / procedures (SOP) independently, collecting and reviewing systems-level performance metrics and insights, identifying, designing, building and implementing appropriate solutions to remediate operational deficiencies, providing Tier or support for incidents and problems, participating in emergency troubleshooting sessions with other teams as needed.

Qualifications

years of experience managing networks

years of experience in IT Operations

Strong knowledge of Azure and / or AWS PaaS resources is required

Good Knowledge in Linux and Windows administration is required

Experience managing IT Operations with ITIL and / or SRE frameworks

Strong communication skills to interact with others

Passion for automating tasks and processes
