Description

The role requires participation in an active Supply Chain Systems and Transformation team providing support and expertise to deliver cost reduction, standardization of processes, implementation of systems and tools including gathering of requirements, testing and / or troubleshooting.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, systems functional and development team leads and subject matter experts in each of the supply chain work-

streams. Candidate should be comfortable working in situations in which his or her role may change often, be able to maintain confidentiality and work through the subtleties of the organization.

  • Key responsibilities includes support supply chain systems projects end-to-end, including cost / benefit analysis, business process requirements definition, testing and troubleshooting;
  • applying strong business process and systems capabilities analysis. Ensure that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realization of requirements and benefits defined in the business case.

    Apply professional judgment when performing data collection, interpretation and analysis for opportunity identification.

    Develop an expert level understanding over given end-to-end process along with its relevant systems. Direct impact in projects deliverables through close contact with the businesses' core activities.

    Displays commitment to getting results. Provides quality and timeliness in service provided affecting positively the stakeholders relationships and projects on-

    time delivery. Ensures performance standards geared to business needs. Whether through direct involvement or SME support capacity, the individual will ensure all activities are consistent with the organization’s strategy.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge / Experience : 2+ years of relevant experience in project management within Banking or a Supply Chain organization.

    Experience within a global operations or Shared Services environment preferred. Sound knowledge of Procure to Pay systems and process improvement techniques and tools.

    Proven experience in managing concurrent activities with short-term deadlines and changing priorities. Sound knowledge in stakeholder management under a cross-

    functional and multicultural environment. Skills : Highly numerate with well-developed analytical skills. Problem analysis and solving, and process improvement skills.

    Highly computer literate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Project management skills.

    Experience of working in an international context. Fluent English, written and oral. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in related field.

    Proven track of record in supporting projects implementations successfully and within agreed timelines is essential. Lean, Six Sigma or PMP (Project Management Professional) PMI certification is a plus.

    Proficient user of MS Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
