Job Description :

The IT Solution Manager, Data and Analytics will provide Leadership around

execution and delivery of data and analytics projects and product services end to end for all the sites and divisions of Stryker.

This individual will have end-to-end ownership of the build and operations experience with BI & Analytics leveraging Azure technology stack and Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Marketo.

Collaborate with Marketing Communications team to understand the Business requirements for marketing analytics initiatives customer segmentation, user online behavior tracking, personalized content / campaigns, measurement of campaign efficiency, etc.

IT Solution Manager will ensure the value and ROIs is achieved as anticipated for every investment and implementation from the outsourced vendor, and the overall services are delivered as expressed in the Statement of Work and related exhibits, service levels the analytics products are maintained and continually improved, and any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services provided by the vendor are minimized.

What you will do :

Drive delivery of marketing analytics

Works closely with leaders to assist in developing the overall strategy of marketing analytics services and enabling niche area technologies, including advanced analytics.

Leverage data to identify gaps within the business and make recommendations to key stakeholders.

Implement Agile development and DevOps methodologies

Accountable for the Solution Reviews and driving Design decisions, technical approvals across the application area, and scope alignment for all types of releases in the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Responsible for budgeting and estimation for new projects and maintenance of products, as well as delivering activities on a budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities, and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables

Manages and coordinates with external vendor and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed-upon timelines, and metrics using visualizations to communicate more complex data relationships and trends.

Perform volumetric sizing and finalize licensing requirements

Deliver on the Global Data and Analytics strategic programs for Marketing Analytics as per the defined roadmap

Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets customer requirements

Supports and participates in the definition and prioritization of quality requirements from all solution stakeholders.

Facilitates clear and open communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

Participates in technical design, prototypes / mockups, QA / testing, and delivery of solutions for new projects and / or release cycles.

Identifies opportunities to improve system process flows, performance, and technical efficiencies (i.e. solution template reuse).

Oversees and reviews designs and solutions for compliance with solution architecture, enterprise architecture and domain guidance.

Ensures alignment of any proposed solution with the internal architecture standards of Stryker’s Data & Analytics through a thorough understanding of the overall design and architecture of the platform.

Enables developers and technical resources to contribute to a coherent solution architecture.

Defines and documents interfaces between components and solutions guided by common business, domain, and enterprise schema standards.

Authors both system and technical documentation when required.

Develops and builds robust collaboration with infrastructure, middleware, security, governance, and Enterprise Architecture as needed.

Supports solution life cycle planning for Marketing Analytics

Leads and mentors Solution Analysts within the team and provides oversight and guidance.

Performs all build activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework

Special projects / assignments / assessments as required.

What you Need :

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.

Minimum 7-8 years of professional IT experience required, with at least 3-5 years deploying or delivering Marketing Analytics.

Analytics DevOps role with 8+ years of build and operations experience with Microsoft Azure BI & Analytics technologies and Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Marketo

Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 5 years.

Collaborate with Marketing Communications team to understand the Business requirements for marketing analytics initiatives customer segmentation, user online behavior tracking, personalized content / campaigns, measurement of campaign efficiency, etc.

  • Experience in Implementation, configuration, and operations of the Adobe Analytics platform and tools for collection, analysis, and detailed segmentation of the data from the customers'
  • online activities for content authoring and delivery of a personalized experience to customers

    Experience in implementation of customer data platform(CDP), integration of enterprise data(customer, product, sales, etc.

    with external data (physician / surgeon publications, events, key opinion leaders), and aiding in generating personalized insights and experience for Stryker customers on the digital platforms

    Design and document customized analytics tracking specifications for digital content and partner with web application build teams to ensure proper implementation

    Experience in reporting and dashboard generation using Adobe Data Workbench

    Skilled in web technologies to implement solutions in Adobe Experience Cloud( e.g., Javascript, Java)

    Demonstrated experience in working cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization.

    Experience in strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning required Strong Communication and Influencing Skills oral, written, listening, executive presentations.

    Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences.

    Results Oriented. The successful candidate will be able to design and drive initiatives / projects independently from start to finish.

    Ability to work in and deal with complex or ambiguous situations. Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
