In order to make a faster and nimbler Social program, Adobe launched a Social Newsroom with an eye toward shaping culture and better connecting with rising audiences.
TheSocial CreativeProducer, reporting directly to the Head of Digital MediaSocial,will be responsible for shaping thecreative look-and-feelof Adobe’s real-time social efforts as well as other cultural moments and content for emerging platforms.
The person for this role is a next-level creative talent whopossessesa strong understanding of social platforms,is comfortableworkingacross varyingdeadlines,andpossesses afluencyinInternet culture.
This role will partner closely withComms and Socialleads within Digital Mediaand Brandas well as with Adobe’s internal Studio team.
Creative Execution (65%)
Lead creative execution for Adobe’s Social Newsroom
Create visual assets forquick turn, trending social opportunities
Devise creative plans for cultural moments that support Adobe’s CreativityForAll mandate
Creative Strategy (20%)
Develop new social content series for priority social platforms with an eye toward attracting and engaging rising audiences
Partner with Social leadership on creative strategy for emerging platforms
Oversee social creative strategy and execution across Creative Cloud & Document Cloud (concept & define look and feel; support efforts to overhaul voice & tone)
Liaisonwithinternal & externalpartners (15%)
Act as creative liaison with Studio team forDMeSocial
Oversee influencer and creative collaborator content programs
What you need to succeed :
Strong experience creating social-first content across myriad platforms
Deep knowledge of social platforms and content development
A proven understanding for the type of creative that appeals to Gen Zand other risingaudiences
Experience working in fast-paced media environments with aggressive deadlines
An expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools,such as Photoshop, Illustrator,Fresco, andPremiere
Advanced fluencyinInternet culture
Creative agency experience (either working for or managing) a plus
