As a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager on the Adobe Stock Campaign Team, you will analyze customer and product data, evangelize the insights, and work with product marketers, designers, and lifecycle marketing teams to build our customer lifecycle campaign strategy and drive the execution of these programs across Creative Cloud surfaces to our fast-growing subscriber base.
As a marketer, you have a customer-centric approach, are data driven, and have a love for creative design. You are familiar with subscription models, and are exceptional at establishing relationships.
You are a self-starter with strong initiative who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and partners well across global cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Develop the B2C customer lifecycle strategy for Adobe Stock Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention.
Lead campaign execution across surfaces and channels, defining target segments and messaging hierarchy, asset maintenance, and setting tracking structure for measuring performance of full funnel programs.
Optimize content, copy and campaigns based on continual measurement and review of real-time performance analytics.
Partner with cross-functional team to develop and drive a data-first approach to advanced campaign segmentation and engaging campaign content
Present customer insights to the business unit through detailed analysis, combined with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Effectively communicate customer engagement strategies and performance to the broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership.
Develop customized dashboards and reports as needed.
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years working in advertising or performance marketing

Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field
Prior creative experience and media planning at agencies
Experience in multi-channel media strategy
