The number of videos being created and consumed is growing exponentially! Our team wants to make creating videos more accessible than ever with Adobe Premiere Rush, an all-new, all-in-one video creation app for mobile and desktop.
Rush is easy-to-use, grows as you grow, and makes crafting awesome-looking content fun and fast.
Our team is looking for a data-focused Sr. Product Manager to help design the future of Rush using a fast-paced, iterative, growth-centric approach : forming hypotheses, running experiments, and analyzing results.
Through strong customer understanding, strategy, and partnership with engineering, marketing, user experience, and data science, your work will drive engagement and scale in our beta program and the product itself.
You’ll also help us to further refine our growth focus and evangelize a culture of experimentation and analysis.
What you'll do :
Develop a deep understanding of users’ workflows and needs, our competition, and business objectives to drive strategy, roadmap, and user stories
Work closely with a diverse team to conceptualize and release features that improve engagement, retention, and growth
Lead results reporting and recommend next steps; pivot and iterate based on findings
Evangelize growth and encourage experimentation within the team and broader organization
Manage beta program strategy and drive scale
Present insights and key findings to leadership
What You Need to Succeed
BA / BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; MBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile experimentation and growth. Are you in business operations, strategy, or just a straight-up data scientist looking to expand your role?

A passion for and track record in hypothesis-driven product development, including proven success using data and experimentation to improve key business metrics (engagement, retention, etc.)
Experience managing through ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete / imperfect data; proven ability to assess tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritize, and maintain a bias for action
Experience with statistical analysis including A / B and multivariate test results
Excellent collaboration skills, incorporating other’s points of view and helping to align interests
Strong cross-functional and executive-level communication and presentation abilities
Passion for video creation and understanding of the media creation landscape
