The Junior Continuous Improvement Analyst is accountable to support Order to Cash operational scope with global geographical scope.
Support the deployment, embedding & ongoing improvement of the Order to Cash operational level to ensure all activities within the scope are operating efficiently and are complied to policies and controls.
Support the deployment of metrics, health checks, improvement assessment tools and skills to build action plans and sustainable capability across the given Order to cash scope.
Support the Continuous Improvement Lead in facilitating focus groups by providing metrics, data, opportunities and painpoints to improve the operational working across the Order to cash scope.
Form part of the global network of Continuous Improvement Analysts, the Order to cash scope to own and drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Works in collaboration with other Continuos Improvement areas, Global Process Experts, Business Control Team , Transformation Business Relations, and others to ensure cohevise operational changes are deployed and embedded with process and system changes.
Supports the Continuos Improvement Lead in preparation of the Focus Groups to drive improvements to the global Order to cash area based on performance of operational KPIs and value adding customer centric improvements at level 5.
Supports the Continuos Improvement Lead, Transformation Business Relations and Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence to identify areas for Continuous Improvement across the Order to Cash operational level to deliver against the benefit case.
Identifies and actively pursues continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of activities and work instructions.
Essential Requierements :
Bachelor degree en Finance, Business administration, Accounting or related discipline.
At least two years of experience in Order to cash, mandatory. Also, ideal to the position is to have been exposed to continuous improvement projects or initiatives in the O2C space.
Full bilingual English-Spanish.
Advanced level of Microsoft office, Power BI. Desirable knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking or Lean Six Sigma.
Mandatory experience with SAP / ERP. for O2C processes and desirable knowledge or exposition to Automation & Analytics tools in O2C space
