The Opportunity

    In this role, you will help businesses take advantage of the capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud and Platform solutions to power their digital marketing programs.

    Working hands-on with customers, you will drive roadmap creation, provide best-practices guidance, impact execution and growth, and help Adobe customers develop their digital strategy, governance, and operations.

    What You’ll Do

  • Develop relationships at all levels within Customer digital marketing teams and maintain regular and appropriate communication with them.
  • Get an in-depth knowledge of the customer's online business model and digital marketing strategy and drive success rooted in customer's business drivers.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions with different business units within a Customer's organization and help guide use cases, business requirements and key performance indicators, and assist as part of a team to deliver against those objectives.
  • Lead customers through benchmarking against competitors, user research, usability studies, and data-driven experimentation to inform the roadmap.
  • Work closely with Adobe’s customer’s Brand, Product, Analytics, Ecommerce, and IT teams to drive roadmap prioritization and best-in-class solution design.
  • Create and drive optimization test plans and strategic roadmap using A / B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, and personalization.
  • Analyze large and detailed customer-level data sets and tell the story of your findings through data visualizations and meaningful data insights
  • Work with Adobe leadership and sales teams to ensure Customer renewals.
  • Experience and Skills to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Have solid command of how Adobe’s technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
  • 7+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager and / or Campaign), background in Adobe Experience Platform (Customer Journey Analytics, Real-time CDP and / or Adobe Journey Optimizer) or comparable products related to personalization, analytics, CDP / DMPs, and / or campaign management.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker and analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, etc.
  • Understanding of how to use SQL to validate and analyze data.
  • Must be very comfortable in a Customer-facing role, speaking publicly to groups, and interacting with executives.
  • Proven track record for performing customer-level multi-channel analysis and calling out concrete themes and recommending future value-focused work
  • Ability to implement a broad, Customer-wide, approach to personalization, targeting, and data analysis / visualization
  • Create thought leadership, write blogs, build training videos to enable Adobe and customers.
  • Elevate and encourage fellow team members through caring, effective leadership, regular shared feedback, and mutual mentoring;
  • drive continuous improvements in our ways of working.

  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $139,800 - $181,600

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
