Scope of the Job
Leads the company’s digital transformation and set the strategy for the digital channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring the growth of the digital business by overseeing and effectively developing the beauty community managers.
The Business Development Community Manager will provide a strategic vision of the business and keep the organization focused on results.
The position will be based in San José, Costa Rica, and will be responsible for Costa Rica, Panamá, El Salvador, and Honduras.
The Business Development Community Manager has a digital mindset and great leadership skills. This leader must be a creative strategist with excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a true understanding of digital channels, digital marketing, and processes that should be implemented to generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth within the digital space.
Lead the Beauty Community Managers and aid them to achieve their goals and campaigns.
Establish challenges for each Beauty Community Manager, evaluate their performance and boost their capabilities.
Ensure the constant training of Beauty Community Managers in accordance with the skills that they need to develop.
Responsible for the sales within the selected group, guaranteeing the Beauty Community Managers’ performance and development.
Establish strategies that boost the business results.
Transforming the business results into work plans for the Beauty Community Managers group.
Identify opportunities to improve, leveraging on new tools and developing the desired skills of the Beauty Community Managers.
Create Content Marketing strategies that aid the Beauty Community Managers to reach their sales targets.
Improve the adoption rate of digital tools.
Boost the current methodology taking into consideration the digital sales consultants’ journey and the results of the group.
Establish communication strategies differentiated by segment, to achieve the desired objectives.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading high-performance teams.
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.).
Proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing a digital transformation in sales and marketing.
Excellent presentation skills in both small group settings as well as large audiences.
Proven record of leading and developing teams to their fullest potential, providing honest feedback and coaching, career-pathing, and development.
Be innovative, analytical and create solutions and programs to help Consultants thrive in a dynamic changing marketplace and competitive landscape.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical and social platforms.
Evaluate business results and look for creative ways to increase performance at all levels.
Competitor understanding to keep abreast of the industry where the company operates.
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly as needed.
Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven recommendations.

Must be fully bilingual Spanish and English.
