Position Purpose & SummaryThis position is responsible for resolving, deductions, and full disputes raised by the Trade Promotion process.
Trade Promotion Analysts are accountable for validating deductions against promotional agreements. In addition, this position is responsible for working with customers and our internal business partners on resolving disputes via AR settlements and the subsequent offsets.
We value optimal customer service, while focusing on processing efficiencies and supporting a team environment. Principal Accountabilities70% Billbacks processing, validate deduction back up against Trade Promotion sales agreements to confirm compliance in terms and conditions and generate the settlement for deductions after vaidation process via uploading claims in SAP Vistex.
10% Support the team with processing Payments and Rebates to distributors and end user customersas required.10% Offsets in customer's open account receivables for the TP programs.
10% Demonstrate ownership of dispute resolution by taking action within expected time frame. Persistent follow-up, problem resolution and escalation of issues within CBS SJO or the Business as needed.
