The Position

In Revenue Operations, you will be a member of the Global Strategy & Operations team. In your role, you will also take up broad-spectrum special projects ranging from process improvements to metrics reporting and insights collection, capacity planning, and resource prioritization.

You will work closely with our internal partners to understand and execute on mutual business objectives.

Twitters Ad Operations team serves as the primary support structure for advertisers and the global sales organization. As Twitter Ads grow in markets around the world, we are expanding our team to ensure continued delivery of world-class support operations.

As an AdOps Scaled Solutions Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for scaled programs designed to improve Sales efficiency & Customers experience across the US, Canada and LATAM.

The scale and scope of these initiatives will be such that success delivers measurable increases in top-level team KPIs and / or Twitters business metrics.

Achieving this will require innovative thinking, top-notch project management, risk-taking, crisp communication, independent prioritization, and effective cross-functional coordination.


Manage strategic programs aiming at improving Sales efficiency and Customers experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Driving projects with measurable results, managing milestones and execution

Monitoring patterns and providing insightful analyses to support the AdOps team to deliver cost-efficient and high-quality customer & sales support, including evaluating and introducing new metrics as appropriate.

Informing process innovation, identifying issues related to global processes that are affecting the business; working collaboratively with cross functional teams around the world to resolve

Managing relationships with key stakeholders from Sales and cross-functional teams - often including Senior Managers - across Twitters Global Revenue Organization.

Representing your team as a functional expert on AdOps and client needs

Communicating fearlessly to build trust!


You have at least 3 years of professional experience, with 2 or more in online / user / ad operations, tech troubleshooting, social media / content moderation background

Exceptional presentation skills and ability to influence at senior levels

Experience in project management and improving operational processes, proactive mindset

Great communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail

Ability to quickly become a trusted partner for cross-functional teams, maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, and proactively pursue opportunities for collaboration

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence

Passionate about customer service and improving the way we operate

Highly analytical and capable of using data to make decisions

Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done!

This role must be based in the US with the ability to work PST time zone business hours.

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$86,000.00 - USD$112,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitters Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
