DescriptionIn cooperation with local and remote Experian team members, the Project Specialist will be responsible for working with clients, vendors and Experian staffs to ensure that Data Management Services’ client projects and requests are processed accurately and punctually.
Our Client Services Project Specialist role will be responsible for : 1.Developing close working relationships with assigned clients and vendors.
2.Assessing client needs, advising on Experian products, explaining production process and reviewing results with client.
3.Ensuring client expectations are met by communicating client objectives with departments and vendors involved in production, utilizing senior staff as needed.
4.Providing exceptional quality assurance and attention to detail on all client deliverables.5.Documenting and communicating client requirements and solutions to internal and external clients in a timely fashion.
6.Participate in discussions regarding client goals and specifications required to process jobs through production. 7.Assist in monitoring entire production process including : assigning production tasks, setting up and prioritizing schedules, preparing billing and client reports, working through problems, providing accurate and timely documentation or reporting as needed.
8.Assisting with the development of presentations for client meetings and visits.9.Remaining current on all products and processing offered.
10.Serving as a communication liaison between customers and technical staff to ensure deliverables are met.11.Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
