    What does a great Technical Business Analysis / Data Analyst, Professional do?

    In this role, the Technical Business Analysis / Data Analyst, Professional will be responsible for collecting and analyzing a wide range of information, data and statistics.

    The results of the analysis will be used extensively by the management teams. The Analyst / Associate Analyst will be expected to maintain highly complex data, insightfully and accurately evaluate the data and communicate the data in both reports and directly.

    Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • High School graduate
  • 3+ years extracting and processing source data from different systems, ensure the quality of acquired data, and generate information delivered in different reporting formats including Excel and Access reports.
  • Work experience in Excel, SQL, Microsoft SSRS, SSIS and Power BI.
  • Timely and accurately generate and distribute daily and weekly performance dashboards, periodic data analysis to identify root cause and other reports as requested.
  • Post and update reports and documents on Microsoft SharePoint site, administer user access rights, facilitate report users in accessing and locating information on the sites.
  • Preferred Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Experience in collecting and processing data and conducting analysis, ideally for management and
  • decision-making processes.
  • Experience in interacting and communicating with staff across functional areas and at different
  • organizational levels to resolve issues.
  • Comfortable with quantitative data analysis.
  • Very attentive to details, service-oriented, strong sense of impact of information quality on business decisions.
  • Ready to work in US Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Detail oriented with ability to plan and Data Analysis driven
