To engage ControlWave accounts to drive additional orders via phone and email.
Position is to sell additional products and services to existing customers.
Expected to convey Emerson's value proposition to customers
Answer product related questions
Expected to contact all assigned existing customers at specific intervals.
Responsible for maintaining customer contact list and escalate internally any issues.
Provide weekly reports of call activity and success rate
Provide suggestions to management for improving workflow and success rate
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Must be fluent in both speaking & writing in English as a majority of customer interaction will take place in this language.
Must be self-motivated as management will be off-site
Must have an aptitude to learn about the ControlWave product lines and software associated with it.
Must be able to understand Emerson's service and support model
Must have the ability to concisely communicate customer needs internally for offer generation or to schedule an on-site visit.
Availability to travel 5%.
