Description

This role is responsible for the leadership of day-to-day operations of specific sub-processes of the end-to-end credit to cashprocess.

The sub-processesin CTCare : CreditManagement,Collections,Disputes,CashApplications,Invoicing &billingand contractmanagement.

A Senior Team Managerisresponsibleforaone ormultiple sub-processesdependingonscope andcomplexity.Each ofthe sub-processes require specific Subject Matter expertise and skillsets but are part of the CTC end-to-end process.

The senior team manager must requireSubject Matter Expertise on the specific sub-process(es) they are responsiblefor.

Thepositionrequiresdeeptechnicalknowledge ofcash applications operations,the abilitytolead and developateam,overseeing decision-makingandproblemsolving,influenceand drive change togetherwithstakeholders,monitorandreviewKPIsand metrics,and leadspecific projectstodrive efficiency.

Itprovidesaunique strategicandtacticalopportunitytobe partofacultural shiftinCargill’s organizational,operationalandstakeholdermodelin the shared servicesspace.

  • DirectlyManage andCoachTeamManagersandtheirteamsdependingonscope andcomplexity
  • Ensure smooth migrationsidentifypotentialprocessrisks,establishmitigation / controlplans,and monitorthe impact
  • MonitoroperationsperformanceonagreeduponSLAsand keymetrics.Advise onappropriate actionplanswhere neededvia consistentprocesses
  • Focusondrivingqualitywithaviewtowardsrobustperformancemanagement,stakeholderfeed backandactive metricsmanagement

  • Qualifications

    Minimum RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegree inAccountingorBusinessAdministration
  • 8+yearsofexperience infinanceoperations with emphasis on cash application operationswith deepexpertise inandrelatedprocesses
  • 8+ years of experience JD Edwards and SAP
  • Work experience with Autobank
  • Work experience working with Robotic Project Automation (RPA) projects
  • Experience leading more than 50+ people across the full spectrum of Cash Applications with strong bent towards
  • Shared Services experience required
  • Work experience working with North and Latin America clients / operations
  • AContinuousImprovementmindset
  • Demonstratedabilitytomanage large teamsandhighlyadeptatbuildingresiliency with in them
  • Possessastrongcustomerservice acumen
