Duties & Responsibilities
Work with regional HW team to build up project forecast.
Work with supplier on capacity and material planning to ensure the match between supply and demand.
Track project progress with suppliers on regular basis.
Coordinate resources(Design team, SQE, Buyers) in Teradyne and work with suppliers to address OTD, quality risks and issues.
Work with suppliers to make sure KPIs are achieved, organize a monthly and quarterly KPIs review, track improvement plans and ensure that they are implemented.
Be the Teradyne lead and work with counterpart from suppliers on QIT for cost and lead time optimization.
Manage supplier capability development projects, track deliverables and ensure of timely completion.
Perform a monthly & quarterly review on the customers OTD and suppliers OTD with stakeholders.
Be the CA PPM (business database tool) expert to support Buyers and Design Leads for US and EU regions.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Must have BA / BS or equivalent field.
Theoretical and project management knowledge is a plus
Technical skills - MS Office proficient. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
This position deals with a global supply base, strong English skills are required.
Ability to communicate and interface at all levels of the organization,
Individual must be a team player that has a high level of flexibility and will work toward common goals.
An individual who has demonstrated proactive problem solving and leadership skills as well as a proven ability to envision and implement change (problem identification, solution recommendation and implementation)
Willingness to adjust working hours to meet deadlines
Ability to travel internationally
