ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
GBS is seeking a Reward & Benefits Senior Analyst to join our Team within the Human Resources organization. This role will partner extensively with internal and external stakeholders and the main goal is to articulate all global and local reward processes and timelines.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, an effective communicator, problem-solver, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Also, as part of this team, the contributor will be playing a significant role in supporting the global reward team needs.
Reports to : Associate Manager - Reward & Benefits
Reporting Level : Non - Managerial
Geographic Scope : Americas
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Ensure that global processes including salary review and bonus, operates in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal errors.
Develop, maintain, and run reward reports to meet statutory and internal reporting requirements.
Manage the salary survey submission process. Own the relationships with salary data vendors, ensuring that timely and accurate data is provided to them.
Manage day-to-day support of the compensation queries.
Provides data, guidance, and support to HR colleagues, globally, to enable them to make decisions with significant cost and employee relations implications.
Support Global Reward projects.
Manage company shares plans (vesting, granting and dividends processes).
Submit local / global ad-hoc surveys.
Provides bonus calculation and shares estimation.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ experience working with multinational companies
1-2 years of experience in compensation roles.
Basic knowledge of all aspects related to annual salary and bonus planning activities including testing, training planning HR population, data audits, and processing.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Data Analytics
Intermediate excel level
Strong and proven analytical competencies and numeracy skills.
Exceptional communication.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
SuccessFactors knowledge (desirable)
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field
