You would lead the analysis of the business performance of customer and financial KPIs, identifying insights and facilitating opportunities for improvement.
Also, you will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, developing, and implement solutions with a cross-functional team.
You would Improve and maintain governance processes and data management for performance tracking and reporting, as well as develop ways of performing business KPI tracking and improve current ones.
You would work on models, create dashboards, and prepare presentation analyses with recommendations to assist senior management with strategic decision-making.
You must have an eye for detail when it comes to data, business processes, and producing accurate reports. In some instances, you will need to update existing reports and models and work on quality, defect, and stakeholders’ management.
For this role, it is preferred that you would have experience in Technology or Financial service industries in the analyst or similar roles and a degree in economics, IT, finance, business administration, statistics, industrial engineering, or similar.
Be a great communicator fluent in spoken and written English (81%-B2+) language as you’ll have to work in large multinational global programs with people from different latitudes.
Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations but also working with SQL, large datasets, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, good at presenting and drawing data-driven conclusions. Highly entrepreneurial, ready to roll up your sleeves and a natural problem solver.
