The Marketing Manager drives digital marketing strategy and campaign execution supporting the Solution-Led segment of Adobe'
s Experience Cloud business in the Americas. We are a software pioneer that helps companies unleash both creativity and data to confidently transform their digital business.
You will plan and implement paid media campaigns for several Adobe products on social media sites, display ad networks, sponsored newsletters, and more.
You will also create a variety of tracking programs and ensure timely campaign completion and on budget. This role requires collaboration with analysts and other cross-functional marketing partners in our Digital Center of Excellence.
You'll join a team of marketing managers where we share ideas to develop, test, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in digital advertising and marketing measurement.
This person will be asked to demonstrate creative thinking & problem solving, and the ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do
Use different channels and audiences to accurately target key audiences to drive engagement and lead generation efforts
Evaluate potential new vendors, strategies, and tactics
Build tracking programs in multiple instances of different systems (including Marketo software) and work with Campaign Operations to optimize lead delivery and accuracy
Drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance to identify benchmarks, trends, blockers, and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve performance
Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with team members to ensure ongoing alignment on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance
How You'll Succeed
In-depth understanding of paid media and thirst for learning new directions
Highly organized with ability to develop, prioritize, and complete multiple marketing programs
Knowledge of Marketo software, Salesforce or other CRM, to attribute lead acquisition and track progress along the marketing funnel
Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns
Collaborative and honest - work with integrity as a valuable member of the marketing team, sharing best practices and new insights, and building on others'
work for optimal results
You take initiative, can work independently and actively to resolve issues, and take ownership of projects and process
Acute attention to detail, time management, organization skills
College graduate with B.A. / B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Management preferred OR commensurate experience in digital marketing
