You will be responsible for all HR related matters in our Costa Rica entity such as :

Talent acquisition

Onboarding & Offboarding

Comp & Ben

People Excellence and Professional Development

Human Resources Information Systems management

Compliance with employment-related legislation

Qualifications

We believe you are a strong, business-minded, team player with drive, ambition, and a positive mindset. You have :

A higher education (HR or Business administration)

At least 3 years as an HR generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager (you come with broad HR experience)

Experience and great track record when it comes to recruitment

Great knowledge about Costa Rica / LATAM and local labor law

Experience and high skills when in HR processes

Fluency in English
