Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, the front door for the majority of our customers, and a primary revenue generator for Adobe.

This role on the team will focus on making Adobe's pages a premier experience for all visitors on mobile devices and ensure these surfaces are meeting their acquisition, revenue, and retention goals.

Working in close partnership with team members across Adobe.com, product marketing, design, and engineering, you will supply the strategic direction and tactical plan for mobile web, connecting customers to Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Rush, and all the apps and services they rely on to fuel their creativity.

You will be responsible for defining key opportunities based on data and deliver innovative experiences for our customers while working alongside our Design, Product Marketing, Content Publishing, and Engineering teams.

You will develop a roadmap that meets or exceeds critical metrics. You will work with hardworking cross-functional teams to handle partner agencies, optimize our mobile web experience relentlessly, and ensure that your projects accomplish their business goals.

What you’ll do :

  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences for Adobe’s mobile web visitors.
  • Participate in the Adobe.com planning process; ensure that the product positioning meets the requirements of customers and the marketplace.
  • Prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against roadmap and demonstrate strong risk mitigation skills across a diverse set of partners.
  • Design and execute app discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A / B tests) and qualitative techniques.
  • Build business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects by providing support and hands-on execution throughout the project from inception to delivery.
  • Assess and report on the results of initiatives against key performance indicator targets.
  • What you need to succeed :

  • MBA preferred or BA / BS with minimum of 3 years product management or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience with mobile web experiences across multiple platforms and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with all elements of product (end to end) life cycles.
  • At least one year experience with mobile tools, data and testing such as Branch, AppsFlyer, Adobe Device Co-Op, etc..
  • Solid understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention and happiness.
  • Ability to handle issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap.
  • Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain options.
  • Experience working with complex problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined.
  • Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
  • Experience with experiment design including multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating findings from testing to product innovation.
  • Familiarity with experience design, including real examples of customer validation techniques, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
  • Ability to balance several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
  • Ability to easily cross between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
