As a member of the Americas Sales Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization you will collaborate with sales to implement innovative go-to-market strategies, plans and programs that delight customers and drive growth in the mid-market phones teams.
Key focus areas will include planning, performance measurement, program management and sales team operational support. Since this is a geo focused role, you will also collaborate with the extended Worldwide Strategy & Operations Team to craft and influence global critical initiatives.
What you'll Do
Work directly with Sales Management to provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
Help drive efficiency through lead enrichment, pipeline management, and innovative analytics
Funnel analysis to drive a more efficient and predictable sales cycle
Measure and supervise operating plan success metrics across recurring subscription revenue, bookings and retention
Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics and operational support to sales teams
Programmatically mine and handle customer data to drive sales motions
Lead operating plans for sales teams, including account segmentation, compensation and capacity modeling
Conduct quarterly reporting for business reviews
Sales tools automation
Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
Own execution for dashboard creation as well as identifying key sales metrics for display
Gather standard methodologies and implementation through knowledge sharing tools & teamwork
What you need to succeed
Experience & Skill sets
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with an emphasis on sales, marketing or analytics
5+ years of sales operations experience, ideally supporting b2b sales
Technology experience preferred
CRM Systems experience, including Salesforce and Anaplan
Excellent data analyst; comfortable maximizing analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel to analyze large and sophisticated data sets
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to diverse audience
