We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager for Professional Video and Audio to ensure we solidify Adobe’s leading position in the market and to execute on a growth strategy for 2020 - 2022.
Our Sr. Product Manager will be setting product and development priorities that expand our core Video & Audio product and service offerings, capture retention opportunities for existing customer segments and enabling growth strategies for new target audiences.
Enabling Creativity for All is a core opportunity to be capitalized on by working closely with our world-class Marketing, Engineering, UX and Data Science teams.
There is an opportunity to work closely with other flagship product teams on shared initiatives, including After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop!

What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to Adobe’s video & audio product strategy, including products, services, and technology platforms, by using customer and market analysis and your well-informed instincts on what could create disruption.
Other responsibilities include :
Lead the conversation with cross-functional teams, e.g. the user experience design, engineering, shared technology teams, project planning and delivery.
Be the customer advocate every step along the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight.
Work closely with engineering leadership to make sure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
What is needed to succeed
8+ years Product Management experience, post-production or product expertise on cloud-based products or services
Media & Entertainment industry experience
Experience with driving cross-organizational conversations to achieve a common goal at fast pace, and managing complex organizational dependencies critical to product success.
Experience developing product or service monetization frameworks
Excellent interpersonal communication
The ability to contribute to long-term product strategy and convert that into executable product initiatives.
Excellent presentation abilities. You'll be sharing the vision, the strategy and the roadmap in front of large internal and external audiences.
Passion for video creation and deep understanding of the media creation landscape
Experience with A / B testing, qual and quant user research, and data-driven product iteration
Skills in politely saying No to everything that isn't strictly required to meet our long-term goals
Experience with driving cross-functional conversations to achieve a common goal at fast pacing
Consistent track record of releasing entire workflows and features into production
