Job Description :
VMware is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to help our vRealize suite customers deploy, customize, integrate, and use our products to optimize management of their virtual infrastructure with a primary focus on vRealize Operations Manager.
As a CSE you will own and manage multiple concurrent ongoing customer engagements in both on premise and SaaS deployments.
CSEs work closely with engineering and product management to drive product improvements and direction based on their customer focused experience.
The ideal candidate must be a great problem solver with excellent communication skills, people-skills are a must as well as willingness to develop a wide breadth of hands-on technical skills.
