Endpoint Management SME to help scale and improve current Endpoint Management services capabilities.
Primary Skills : Responsibilities :
Using your depth understanding of the Microsoft Cloud, with focus on Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies including integration with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
Manage over 75K devices via Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management suite on Intune.
Managing the client endpoints deploying updated drivers, OS Softpaqs, etc.
Providing consultative advice to customers and partners to help define the how and the what of delivery model.
A minimum of 6+ years' experience working with one or more of the following products : Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune technology.
Experience managing workstations using Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a co-managed environment
Experience using Active Directory, Group policy, VMWare vCenter, VMWare Horizon, and Azure AD.
Experience using packaging and deployment technologies such as Flexera AdminStudio, Microsoft App-V Sequencer, PowerShell, Application Deployment Toolkit, VMWare App Volumes, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Experience using imaging technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMWare vCenter, VMWare Horizon, Windows Autopilot and MDT.
Experience deploying Windows 10 servicing and Office 365 updates using Endpoint Manager.
Experience and strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager reporting including SQL
Experience using ServiceNow for requests and incident management
Ability to work in a technical team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as partners and customers.
Customer and Partner Focus : Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers and Partners.
Cloud competency : Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Windows 10, Office 365, and EM+S is a transformational industry change.
Collaboration : exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities.
Proven ability to work virtually.
Communication Skills Spoken and written English (including technical writing). Demonstrate how to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries.
Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent's experience.
Experience : 5 to 7 years technical IT consulting experience, or Support experience in a second or third tier role.
