Eaton’sElectrical division is currently seeking a Lead Specialist Marketing to joinour team. This position isbased at our San José, Costa Rica facility.
To develop and submit for approval thekey set of targets and the Marketing Plan Objectives of the assigned MarketingProduct Lines and Product Families through the development of a SegmentMarketing and Strategic Plan in all the region (Central America + Caribbean).
Todetermine the Product Basket mix of the segment products through continuousmarketing surveys determining key trends, competitor’s strengths andweaknesses, terms, conditions inventory etc.
guiding and assisted by the SalesGroup.
Toact as responsible for submit get approval and publish the local Price List anddiscount schedule for the segment products.
Monitorand manage the segment product’s inventory based on the figures of billingsales forecasts, market trends and financial availability and company policies,through the Purchase Department resources.
Tobe responsible for the Segment’s products promotion and advertising campaignsthrough trade shows, direct promotion, magazines advertising, technicalarticles, brochures, commercial catalogues, technical papers etc.
Achievethe ICS target for the Segment though price realization, right positioning ofproducts and effective use of the assigned budget.
Beinfluential in the arbitration of warranties and products returns andperformance
Submitand achieve the billing forecast of the segment’s products though the designand development of marketing strategies.
Providetechnical and commercial support to Sales and groups through the trainingsections.
Providemetrics and performance index, using state of the art tools within theCorporation standards.
Tocomply with the responsibilities of the position in relation with Safety andHealth as well as with the other Improvement Management systems.

Required(Basic) Qualifications :
Bachelordegree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical & IndustrialMaintenance Engineering required
Minimumof 5 years marketing experience focused on strategic planning and ProductManagement required
AdvancedKnowledge of English language (Fully Bilingual)
AdvancedKnowledge of Computer Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
Knowledgeof Codes and standards such as National Electrical Code, UL, NEMA & IECStandards.
Strongcommunication skill in order to do technical and commercial presentation aswell as being able to close an order.
Masterdegree in Business Administration focused on Sales and Marketing
Backgroundand knowledge in Oracle, OBIEE and other equivalent software packages a plus
