Job Description

The Junior Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement of a range of IT and non IT (including direct) services, relating to market specific contracts

To identify need and analyse options and current state

Prepare sourcing strategy for approval by Chief Procurement Officer and / or relevant Global Category Manager in line with the global strategies for each category

Manage discovery and preparation of Request For Proposal / Request For Information / Request For Quation as require during the approves Procurement toolkit documentation and processes

Ability to draft contract terms from a standard and negotiate contractual terms

Ability to manage the negotiation / RFP process

Ability to write implementation plans, communications and create business plans

Responsible for tracking savings and cost avoidance potential, dealing with financial planning and forecasting

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Advanced English

University studies in progress
