Overview :

Adobe’s Experience and Engagement (XE) team is looking for a Sr. SEO Manager to work in support of Adobe’s Help, Learn, and Community platforms, aligned to our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings.

If you are an experienced SEO expert with the ability to collaborate and build best-in-class web experiences, then we have a role for you.

We want you to become an integral part of the team that focuses on helping our customer deepen their creative skills through exceptional experiences across their entire customer journey.

We are looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, an effective communicator, a technically sound SEO talent, and a well-versed storyteller.

You will be at the forefront of defining the SEO program for XE, taking them to new heights with innovation, creativity, and a growth mindset.

Working in close partnership with team members across program management, design, marketing, product, and engineering, this position will help drive strategy, key define initiatives, and implement the roadmap for organic search projects to deliver innovative experiences for our customers from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape

Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits, and data / traffic analysis

Develop, socialize and foster an SEO content strategy for Help, Learn, and Community experiences across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document backed by data and forecasts

Lead and educate colleagues on strategy development, SEO standard methodologies, keyword research processes, and opportunity analyses.

Partner with content, product, marketing, international and technical teams to track and report on SEO efforts.

Educate product, design, and development teams and partners on current industry trends, SEO, and content methodologies

Continuously partner with studio, content, and product to implement SEO standards during site redesigns, new product rollouts, migrations, major and minor enhancements, and new site features

Have a clear point of view and be able to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users / customers

Provide periodic and regular updates to team members & key partners on project status, timelines, and results.

Balance several initiatives efficiently in parallel and shift priorities as needed.

What are we looking for?

Ideally 7-10 years of SEO experience; minimum 7 years working with major search engines.

Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement funnels, across B2C and B2B offerings.

Experience with keyword search, ranking, and analytical abilities to test hypotheses for content effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve business outcomes (e.

g., traffic goals, page performance, search rankings, etc.)

Deep analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear impactful recommendations.

Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, and Ahrefs to glean valuable insights and findings from data.

Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. Defines and communicates the strategic priorities, roles, and responsibilities vital to achieving a vision

Must have experience with enterprise websites, cultures, and work environments

Experience developing content strategy and familiarity with information architecture concepts

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always evolving search industry.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
