The Prcs Ctrl Manager is a developing professional role. Support the Latam Control Initiatives group and LATAM Finance countries overseeing Risk & Control activities .

Responsibilities :

  • Leads annual and quarterly Managers Control Assessment (MCA) for LATAM Finance countries;
  • Manage GRC and eControl systems to ensure information is accurate and shared with stakeholders;
  • Assist the LATAM Risk & Controls head to analyse and develop initiatives facilitating effective decision-making and implement them, as needed;
  • Reviews end-to-end process documents, design of related key controls and control effectiveness across LATAM Finance countries;
  • Proactively identifies emerging risks and assists LATAM countries Controller and CFO with resolving control gaps and issues and helps to create quality corrective action plans, including understanding root cause of the issue;
  • Monitors LATAM Finance Issues and CAPs to ensure they are closed timely and sustainable;
  • Assist with execution of key policies and procedures, including Mandatory Absence, Fraud Risk, Operational Risk Management, Records Management, Continuity of Business and Third Party Management.
  • Support any other control related regulatory initiatives for LATAM Finance.
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years relevant experience (preferably in Controls / MCA)
  • Excellent computer software skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Regulatory Reporting and Accounting knowledge;
  • Citi Finance Policies knowledge;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards;
  • Process oriented professional that uses and promotes validated processes, puts the workflow into action and takes into account the processes before acting.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / University Finance degree or equivalent experience
