Position Purpose We are seeking a highly driven ISC Recruiting Team Lead to lead a team of approximately 6 recruiters that will support the NA organization in staffing different roles such as CS&L, CORP and / or Manufacturing positions.
This role will be focused on ensuring we have the right sourcing solutions and processes in place to deliver the right talent to the organization while coaching, supporting and developing their team.
The ISC Recruiting Team Lead is accountable for overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of recruiting processes and procedures to deliver the right talent, at the right time, at the right cost to the North America region and Canada of Mondelez, while delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Be a great coach- Lead and develop a team of motivated, high performing passionate recruiters.
Create JOY- help foster learning opportunities in the recruiting team that it is a destination of choice within our HR shared services organization.
Responsible of weekly meetings with the team to identify areas of improvement, work on motivation and coaching / development plans for direct reports.
Identify and seize areas of opportunity- don’t settle for as is . Build, foster and sustain a continuous improvement mindset to support the hiring needs of the functions you and your team support.
IL6S and Six Sigma oriented as part of the Mondelez culture. Work on identifying wastes in the procesess and implementing new ways to better complete the recruiting process.
Focus on quality AND efficiency- our processes need to deliver great return on investment AND create an experience where candidates and managers enjoy working with us.
PARTNER effectively with our NA HR and Talent Acquisition team to create a holistic HR function for our NA colleagues.
Participate on Daily Meetings with Recruiting Team, DMS meetings and other.
Develop action plans on hard to fill positions and positions with aging.
Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills to help lead and upskill a team where those skills set them apart.
A demonstrated passion for providing amazing customer service and creating that commitment and passion in a team.
Self-starter, motivated and results oriented.
Ability to achieve and exceed results in a fast paced environment.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
Experience in a Recruiting function required (ISC / Manufacturing) a plus.
Experience in managing a team.
Experience recruiting for the United States (and Canada preferred).
Experience and ability to handle effectively a high volume of requisitions.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATAS) required, Taleo experience.
Superior English skills / French nice to have.
