The Opportunity

Working with Business leaders and partnering with the IT team, Sr Product Manager executes upon key technology initiatives in collaboration with the Field Product Manager and Product Owner.

In this role you will collect, lead and prioritize key business requirements for the system solution and implementation, and lead / guide the development team to deliver a system solution.

What you'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives for Adobe Worldwide Field Operations, focused on Sales Compensation and Finance
  • Serve as product manager on the scrum team to deliver the ICM application, built in SQL and Microsoft Power BI
  • Partner with Field Product Manager to collect and understand from business partners current and future needs to strengthen day-to-day productivity
  • Partner with Product Owner and technical team for the design and development of technology initiatives; takes lead as appropriate.
  • Work internally within a matrixed, Sales Operations organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to execute and implement the technology solution.
  • Co-lead the communication and alignment with Field Sales and Services Leadership on the status and benefits of initiatives
  • Partner with Program Manager to develop initiative program plans
  • Partner with other teams that own and manage integrated systems
  • Co-manage and prioritize the system backlog, capturing defects and enhancement requests
  • Co-lead feature demonstrations to capture continuous feedback and share with IT to ensure successful delivery
  • Co-lead User Acceptance Testing with business testers
  • What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience working in an agile environment
  • 5+ years Product Delivery, Product Management or Product Owner Experience
  • Proven experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
  • Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate with mentorship on new projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for the business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and act in a lead role as a subject matter specialist, within a team environment to meet ambitious goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
  • Maintain a high energy and positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how these will help the business.
  • Bachelors in Business or Technology program
