DESCRIPTION

  • A Jr Client Partner will sell and deliver Facebook’s marketing solutions to large advertisers.
  • In this fast-paced environment, you will wear many hats, providing guidance and direction in multiple functional areas.
  • You should be comfortable with change and passionate about general management and consultative selling.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • COMMUNICATION : Cooperate building C-level relationships to help penetrate large organizations to develop full-funnel marketing solutions.
  • GOALS : Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals.
  • DEVELOPMENT : Develop scalable operations solutions and improvements to support Facebook’s continued advertiser growth.
  • COORDINATION : Work seamlessly between sales channels and business functions to continue revenue growth.
  • COMMUNICATION : Develop relationships and maintain customer relations.
  • STRATEGY & EXECUTION : Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development.
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

    Reports directly to the Country Manager Facebook Costa Rica & Panamá. POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a Full Time position.

    Hours and schedule may vary. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Experience

    Education . BA / BS degree, MBA a plus.

    Language . Fluency in written and conversational in English required.

    Marketing . Knowledge in Direct Response marketing, social media and vertical markets a plus

    Strategy & Planning .Strong analytical and strategic planning background

    Flexibility. Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment .

    Communication . Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally.

    Building Relationships .Ability to build relationships offering a consultative sale to clients and partners.

    Collaboration .A great team player.

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Consulting sales experience a plus
