Position Description :
Reporting into the Director, Business Process Owner (BPO / KPO / ITO) for Global Business Solutions Operations, the Associate Director BPO / KPO / ITO will manage all aspects of our Company's GBS BPO / KPO / ITO Partnerships Globally.
The selected Candidate will have full responsibility for management of the Global Finances with the BPO / KPO / ITO partners including, forecasting, managing spend, monthly financial oversight and reporting.
This will also include managing the annual Operations productivity initiatives of the BPO / KPO / ITO partner to ensure all productivity commitments are met and the savings are delivered to our Company.
The selected Candidate will also be responsible for Global Change Management of the BPO / KPO / ITO contracts including managing all additions, adjustments and removals of scope from initiation through to completion including all associated contractual documentation.
This position will also manage the Governance Model with the BPO / KPO / ITO partners and take the lead on all escalations from Operations related to the BPO / KPO / ITO engagements including from Market, Regional and Global stakeholders and customers of the BPO / KPO / ITO service delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Financial Management & Productivity :
Complete quarterly Spend Forecasting for BPO / KPO / ITOs.
Manage all global Financials with the BPO / KPO / ITO partner and the GBS Business Unit representative for each and every Contracts across all Financial Transactional Services in each Region.
Monitor and control any adjustments to financials and complete monthly reconciliation with Business Unit and Regional BSC representative to ensure Invoicing is accurate.
Complete monthly accruals against Global active Purchase Orders with BPO / KPO / ITO.
Prepare quarterly global financials and Staffing reports in conjunction with the BPO / KPO / ITO partners.
Track and publish every month the complete global GBS Total Savings including BPO / KPO / ITO partner annual contractual Productivity savings.
Maintain oversight of all Supplier annual productivity initiatives through to their completion on time and ensure the financial benefit is passed on to our Company.
Collaborate with our Company's Business Stakeholders to ensure productivity initiatives do not conflict with their productivity plans.
Change Management :
Manage, Track and Document all aspects of the global Change Management with the Suppliers.
Work with the BPOs to create all Change Management and Contractual documentation to reflect every adjustment to the contract.
Examples being scope additions, adjustments, removals, Cola and Exchange Rate adjustments etc.
Work with the Business Stakeholders and their teams to ensure and changes they propose go through the appropriate Business review, and business case before moving into the official change management process.
Take ownership of all Change management documentation from initiation right thorough to management review and approval and through to adjustment of change in financials and monthly billing from Suppliers
Collaborate with our Company's Global Procurement to ensure all Change Management and Contractual documentation is in compliance with Global Procurement requirements.
Governance and Operations Support :
Own the Global Governance model with our Company's Operations and the BPO / KPO / ITO Partners ensuring it is executed correctly and working with the Business Units to ensure it reflects their needs.
Work with Senior GBS management in preparation of Governance Model meeting materials on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Work closely with the Business Stakeholders and GBS BSC Regional Centers on all operational and other adhoc escalations related to all aspects of the Supplier partnership including Contractual, Operational, Financial, Personnel related, Service Levels and other areas.
Support any new programs or applications at our Company that will impact Supplier delivery including but not limited to programs that move scope from Markets or other potential Company stakeholders and BPO / KPO / ITO partners and new application / software or changes that require implementation in the Business Units and Supplier partner locations.
Position Qualifications :
Education Minimum Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree; Masters / MBA preferred
Required Experience and Skills :
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in working in a shared service center environment with a proven track record of consistently strong performance at this level
Experience managing metrics, KPIs, and MSA, Managed Services Model in addition to analytical deep-dives to understand performance
Proven experience of working in an organization, across more than one geography, and influencing other organizations where their support is critical to success
Experience in BPO / KPO / ITO relationship management and contract negotiation and administration
Experience in driving a performance-based culture in BPO / KPO / ITO operating environments
A drive to consistently deliver results and exceed expectations, analytical-thinking, quantitative and solutions-driven mentality
