Description & Requirements
SUMMARY
Control and analysis of the factory costing through financial indicators such fixed assets- inventory management- supply chain losses- capital expenditures- material usage variances- product costing (labor- utilities- yield- recipes) etc.
Lead the AOP process once a year to stablish the standard cost of the products produce in the factory. Provide the monthly forecast to ensure the accuracy of the factory expenses.
Build the monthly performance review to present the factory results. Go along with the production department to track the savings delivered by projects of the factory (Champions).
